As much as we all love the "LBD" or Little Black Dress, in summer it's all about the "LWD" or Little White Dress. There is some thing so crisp and cool about a white dress that screams summer to me. Mine is a white seersucker J Crew "beach dress" from a couple years ago with a halter neckline. With gold ot turquoise jewlery and flat sandles it's the perfect got to summer outfit! This year I am in love with the idea of a white shirt dress with my navy schoolboy over it in the cool SF night. DVF has a great one but it's a bit our of my budget. Gap has one I am considering!

A Win! (well almost)

AGB plays for a tournament baseball team called the San Mateo Sluggers. When we formed last year we won 4 games all summer and fall long. It's a really nice group of boys and parents and we have a lot of fun but we really weren't very good. Well, what a difference a year makes! We spent the Memorial Day weekend at a tournament in Half Moon Bay and came away second! The boys were totally thrilled and are excited to play some more!

Back with Baseball!

Sorry to have been gone for such a long time. I broke my camera, had a computer meltdown and then had 2 week long business trips. But I am back now. I wanted to share a fun time AGB's majors team had recently. One of the parents on our team was able to arrage for our boys to be the featured team at a Stanford University baseball game. They met the team before hand and got to be introduced on the field and line up for the National Anthem. It was a great game which Stanford won in the end after a pitching duel. After the game the winning pitcher signed everyone's game balls. It was a great time!
