Survival of the Duckling Sleepover!

I did it! Yes once again I have survived the dreaded duckling sleepover. The Kintergarden class at my kids school hatches duck eggs during the spring. The during the last 2 weeks of school the baby ducks can come home with your child overnight. When A was in K we did it and I was totally paranoid that it would die on my watch. That duck survived. Now it is C's turn and we had 2 baby ducks spend the night. Thankfully both made it. I was so relieved to deliver them back to the classroom! I'll have to do it one more time next year when O is in kintergarden but then I'll be done forever. They are cute.
