There are few things as preppy as the navy blue blazer. Even Lisa Birmbach notes in her book "Treu Prep" that everyone of us, regardless of sex, age or sexual preference owns a navy blue blazer. That is certainly true in my house. At Christmas both my boys and Hubby came out dressed in nice slacks (the boys has camel colored cords and Hubby gray flannels) white shirts and black watch plaid ties. I also own one, ok several. My personal favorite is actually a Brooks Brother boys size 14. I wear it with everything! To the office, with jeans, you name it.
